Forms & Waivers

Leisure Access Program 

Residents of Vancouver with a Leisure Access Card may receive up to a maximum of 50% off registered programs (as well as discounts on other Vancouver Park Board programs & services), by completing the Self-referral application process, or by receiving a Third-Party Referral form. 

Self-referral: Download an application form here or pick one up at the Info Centre or Pool Cashier. These applications are processed and approved at the Leisure Access Program office.

Third-party Referral: For those who qualify, forms can be filled out by a government representative or non-profit support agency, and then processed on site at the Info Centre or Pool cashier when presented with photo ID.

Grandview Woodland & Strathcona Residents Subsidy

Eligibility: Residents of the Grandview-Woodland and Strathcona neighborhoods with a valid Leisure Access Card.​

Benefits: Additional discounts on select Britannia programs.​

Application Process: Program registration must be done in person at the Info Centre or Pool cashier to complete the Britannia Subsidy Application Form and have discount applied.​

Activity Waivers

Note: The Camper Registration and Medical Waivers need to be filled out once per camper for the summer.
A Weekly Out-trips Waiver needs to be filled out each week for each camper.

Free Income Tax Clinic

Eligibility: Low-income individuals and families.

Service Period: Appointments available from Feb 27-May 8.

Booking: During tax season, schedule an appointment online at brittaxclinic.org or call 604-718-5800 (1).
