Britannia Renewal Board Working Group
Mission
Britannia is committed to open and inclusive planning for Phase l of the Britannia Renewal. The working group mission is to gather information (technical, process, financial, etc.), community input, convey community needs/concerns, support dialogue, identify opportunities and to provide recommendations to the Britannia Board of Management.
Role and Responsibility
- Play an active role in discussions and planning activities – expected to attend at least 2 meetings monthly
- Gather input from community that represents diverse perspectives and contexts
- Provide and share planning and rezoning expertise
- Assist with research in best practices and technology advances
- Be a witness to the planning process

- Engage in difficult and complex discussions with curiosity, openness and respect
- Distinguish from personal preferences/opinions from collective and community aspirations
- Transparent and open to personal and professional context in discussions
- Ensure diversity of voices are present
- Respect confidentiality of discussions
